Soilmec CM48
(View Summary)
The CM48 Piling Rig is a completely self-erecting system that provides the operator with modern instrumentation. It is easy to manoeuvre and offers high production and low transportation costs.
Soilmec CM50
(View Summary)
Developed from the CM48, the CM50 Piling Rig is one of the newest Soilmec Piling Rigs available. Its rated power is 153kW @ 2200rpm and it has a main pump flow of 320 lt/min. Both the Torque and Power offered are significantly higher than the CM48.
Soilmec CM70
(View Summary)
The CM70 Piling Rig is very similar to the CM48 and CM50, however due to the large torque it offers it is mainly used for larger
diameter / depth projects.
The CM70 has an operating weight of 55 tonnes which is significantly higher than the other 2 types of rig.
Soilmec R312
(View Summary)
Whilst the R312 Piling Rig is relatively old, it still offers huge adaptability to all sorts of piling techniques. The R312 cannot pile as deep as the other rigs but is still quite comparable in terms of Torque and Power. As such it is a very useful piling rig to keep in the fleet.
Its ability to work at lower heights when piling is also a useful advantage to have.
Soilmec R625
(View Summary)
The R625 Piling Rig has been modified to suit our requirements. It is the most powerful of all our rigs and therefore useful when piling a wide variety of soils. It is able to be fitted with diameters up to 1200mm.
Piling Rig Fleet

Rock and Alluvium work on a wide variety of contracts which require the latest piling rig plant.
We currently operate a fleet of computerised Soilmec Rigs, which includes the CM48, CM50, CM70, R312 and R625.
All of our piling rigs weigh at least 30 Tonnes and therefore will require an
engineer designed working piling mat platform. Please contact us if you need Rock & Alluvium to undertake the Working Platform Design.
